CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.CANCELLATION
If you want to make a change or cancel your order, you have to contact us within 24 hours since the order completed. After 24 hours of making the order, unfortunately, we cannot issue you the cancellation. Please understand that you will not be refunded the shipping fee when canceling your order.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
We will be happy to refund or exchange a product to make our customers satisfied if:- You did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 5-12 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- You received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
- Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received item(s), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- You can not return the product just because you do not like it anymore and change your mind when you receive your parcel. We just accept the return if there are problems with our products and they were damaged in transit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We suggest to directly send us an e-mail regarding any unexpected circumstance.
